With two decades in fluid filling, Jinyiheng focuses on ESS coolant vacuum/metering filling with differentiated equipment, proven processes, and deployments at leading customers.
Two platforms for full-scene ESS filling
Dry filling equipment — SV vacuum pump with dedicated lubricant, isolation tank tolerant of minor residual fluid, designed for new-product mass lines (not repair). Fill rate 10–70 L/min, pressure auto-matched 0.4–5.5 bar, pass rate above 99.9%.
Wet filling equipment — water-ring pump + atmospheric ejector for higher ultimate vacuum, using coolant as lubricant. Tolerates residual coolant in lines and serves both mass production and repair — ideal for PACK and mid/small ESS lifecycle maintenance.
Both platforms use integrated intelligent control, PLC precision, optional MES connectivity for full fill-data traceability, and mobile or fixed installation for containers, cabinets, and battery packs.
