It integrates vacuum pumping, air‑tightness leak detection, vacuum degassing, quantitative liquid filling and surplus liquid suction‑back in one unit, eliminating air bubbles inside pipelines to guarantee liquid‑cooling heat dissipation performance.
⚠️ Distinction: A cell electrolyte filling machine performs filling inside battery cells; the energy‑storage cabinet liquid filling machine is for coolant filling of the cooling system.

Pipeline connection and tooling sealing;
Pre‑pumping to low vacuum → High‑vacuum pumping;
Gross‑leak & fine‑leak air‑tightness test; alarm triggers directly for non‑conformance;
Secondary vacuum holding;
